CONSULTATIONSERVICE – PLANNING – IMPLEMENTATION
ASSESSMENT OF LAND – COACHING PROJECTS
In order to ensure a smooth and satisfactory process for all parties , compliance with this framework agreement is essential. The following points cover the most important key data for consultations, planning and implementation of permaculture projects as well as the assessment of land and the coaching of projects.
Necessary documents and information should be provided to the company down to earth PERMACULTURE DESIGN prior to the consultation or as discussed.
The fee for consultations is CHF 130.–/hour.
Travel costsand other expenses are charged separately.
A flat rate is agreed for the designdepending on the terrain or object to be planned. The design includes cross sections, detailed views as well as various areas of permaculture elements. If desired a concept for implementation is created. Furthermore, plant lists and concepts can be requested.
Drafts are usually drawn by hand.
A flat rate is defined for the management of project implementations, depending on the amount of work involved and the intensity of the implementation.
THE CLIENT AND/OR THE OPERATORS OF THE PERMACULTURE SYSTEM ARE EXCLUSIVELY RESPONSIBLE FORTHE DEVELOPMENT, CARE, PRESERVATION AND PROSPERITY OF THE PLANTSOF THE PERMACULTURE SYSTEM !!
ASSESSMENT OF PROPERTIES
The fee for the assessment of properties and their ecological value is CHF 130.–/hour.
It includes the evaluation of resources on the property,, researchand a report.
Travel costs and other expenses are charged separately.
We charge CHF 130.–/hour for the coaching of a project.

CANCELLATION AND ABSENCE
In case of the client’s absence due to illness or superior force,the client waives all damages. In the event of the customer’s withdrawal from the agreement until 14 days prior to the consultation, we charge 50% of the agreed fee as a cancellation fee.

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT OUR CLASSS
REGISTRATION // the application should be received at least 2 weeks prior to the beginning of a class via the application form. It often happens that the courses do not take place due to late registration. We kindly ask you to register for our classes in time !!
CANCELLATION //free of charge up to 2 weeks before the beginning of a class for workshops and introductory course. For Permaculture Design Courses (PDC) it is up to 4 weeks before the beginning of the course.
Thereafter, the full tuition fee will be chargedm unless you find a substitute.
CANCELLATION OF CLASSES & EVENTS // we reserve the right to cancel classes or events due to insufficient numbers of attendees. We will notify you to this effect in advance . We also reserve the right to cancel workshops which take place outdoors in the event of adverse weather conditions. Once you have registered, you will receive all further information on the classes in question.
